Notre Mission
Our mission is to help our clients expand in high growth markets, where recruitment and human resources are complex matters and in permanent evolution. Founded in 2008, we currently have offices in Paris, Dubai, Singapore, Hong Kong & Shanghai and a team of over 30 Consultants. With our international outreach we support our clients globally in finding them the best talent with a focus on Asia, the Middle East and Europe.

We specialise in recruiting mid-level management, expert functions, regional management and C-Level positions. We also conduct HR consulting projects such as tailor-made talent mappings and salary benchmarking study amongst some of our solutions. Our modernized methodology helps us build a strong ecosystem of candidates, allowing us to target the best talent for our clients – delivering within the required timeframe.

We are growing our firm with a strong international DNA – both externally expanding our structure to new countries & internally with a specific organization based on international account management and our unique “One team across several regions” model.
We operate as one team across several regions. Our consultants are Account Managers, your single-point of contact. With this centralized account management organization, we ensure efficiency in the way we communicate with your organization.
