22 Juin Tech Giant Tencent is building a smart-city the size of Monaco.

China’s largest internet company will be building a two million square-meter “city of the future” connected to Shenzhen.

The development will host a tech hub, companies but also residences, shops, universities…
The construction is expected to start later this year.

I’ve had the chance to visit similar giant scale projects with our clients in China and Qatar and I am excited to see how this one will turn out.

These projects are fascinating in terms of ambition and complexity, mixing urbanism, technological and facility management challenges.
