I had an interesting discussion with a client yesterday.
He is the CEO & co-founder of a growing Fintech firm, they recently successfully completed a new round of funding.
He was telling me it was time to hire a few senior managers to help scale the business.
We talked about how important it was to set up some processes at this stage … but how even more important it was not to go overboard!
And we went into a vivid discussion on what was the right level of process for a company at their stage of development.
I must admit… I find this question fascinating!
The processes in a company actually define how human beings should collaborate.
Your organization may be a startup or a multinational, getting to the right level of process is always a central question.
But is there a definitive answer?
