On Tuesday, May 27, 2025, from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m., NAOS International had the pleasure of hosting the very first edition of the NAOS Transition Matinale at its Paris offices, located at 130 Boulevard Saint-Germain. This event was dedicated to topics surrounding interim management.
This new morning meeting format, led by Stéphane Fargette, Director of Transition Management at NAOS International, brought together decision-makers with a shared goal: to discuss the strategic challenges of interim management and to discover our new dedicated offering.
This inaugural session laid the foundation for a recurring event, designed as a space for privileged peer-to-peer exchanges in a setting conducive to reflection and co-construction.
Participants had the opportunity to explore our vision of interim management—focused on agility, impact, and tailored support for organizational transformations.
We also took the opportunity during this morning session to announce the upcoming launch of a club dedicated to interim managers—a space for sharing experiences, best practices, and career development—which will be launched in the coming months.
We warmly thank the participants of this first edition for their presence and enriching contributions: Patrick Bouderbala, Alexandre Ghedin, Michele Canovaggio, Edmond Maurin, Eric Hubert, Eric de Saint Sernin, Olivier Badinand, and Guiseppe Del Mas.
We look forward to seeing you again very soon for another NAOS Transition meeting, with new topics and the same ambition: to build bridges between change-makers.
Stay tuned for updates and upcoming event dates! 🙂
