Our history
NAOS International is an executive search and recruitment consultancy founded in 2008 by Philippe JOLY in Paris.
From its inception, NAOS International, driven by the desire to develop an international identity, committed to supporting the growth of European companies in search of exceptional talents in other regions of the world.
In 2013, Dimitri VARDAKAS joined the ownership to expand the company’s activities in the APAC (Asia-Pacific) region. He established the Singapore subsidiary in 2013 and the Hong Kong subsidiary in 2015.
2023 was marked by the arrival of Jéromine LEROY within the shareholder group. After contributing to the development of the firm’s activities for 9 years, her arrival allowed for the diversification of services with a focus on individual coaching and professional transition support (Outplacement).
Currently, our team consists of 25 experienced, multilingual consultants, spread across our 4 subsidiaries located in Paris, Dubai, Singapore, and Hong Kong. We have successfully completed recruitment projects in over 40 different countries.
