On 21th March 2024, we welcomed a group of HR directors operating on an international scale to our first “Matinale NAOS” event.
The aim of the NAOS Matinale is to provide a framework conducive to exchanges between decision-makers, encouraging the exploration of new perspectives and the building of enriching professional relationships within a diversified network.
The theme of this first edition was “How to align an international recruitment strategy with a company’s vision and objectives?”
For the occasion, we were privileged to welcome Mr. Olivier Rosensveig, Regional Director Western Europe at Sarens, as a guest speaker.
Mr.Rosensveig has worked on 4 different continents (Asia, North America, Europe and South America) and will bring his expertise in managing diverse teams, from operations and projects to human resources, finance and sales.
With his experience, he has shared with us valuable insights for companies operating internationally.
