This morning, we had the privilege of welcoming seven guests to our offices at 130 Boulevard Saint-Germain in Paris for a new edition of the Matinale NAOS.
The Matinale NAOS provides a unique space for executives to exchange ideas, explore new perspectives, and build enriching professional relationships within a diverse network.
For this event, we were honored to host Bruno de Lalande, President of the “Reconversion & Acculturation” working group within the Defense Liaison Committee of the MEDEF. He shared his experience and insights on the transition of military personnel to the private sector.
After completing his national service with the paratroopers (1st RHP), Bruno de Lalande pursued an international career spanning over 30 years across South Africa, the UK, the US, China, Europe, and the Middle East.
He held various leadership roles, including subsidiary manager, Business Unit head, International Director, and General Manager for leading American companies in the international textile industry (Descamps, Wrangler, Lee Cooper, Vanity Fair, OshKosh).
In 2018, Bruno de Lalande assumed the Presidency of the “Reconversion & Acculturation” Working Group within the Defense Liaison Committee of MEDEF—a partnership of over 20 years between MEDEF and the military. In this role, he leads initiatives aimed at bridging the gap between the military and business worlds, with a particular focus on the transition of military personnel to civilian enterprises.
He is also a “citizen reservist” with the MIRVOG, the French Army’s organization for the reconversion of generals.
The discussions were highly enriching and, we hope, will inspire new strategic perspectives and collaborations among the participants.
We would like to extend our thanks to Saveria Fontaine, Xavier Mille, Damien Savary, Arnaud Lagarde, Jean-Christophe Long, and Franck Larue for their time and engagement today.
The next NAOS International event?
Mark your calendars for Thursday, December 12, for a new Matinale NAOS featuring Alice Bromage, who will address leadership and executive posture in times of crisis.
Registrations are still open! 🙂
