Diane studied law at the University of Nanterre, followed by an MBA in Human Resources Management in Paris. She then joined the SAUR group (a company specializing in water services) where she worked in the recruitment team as head of talent acquisition, then in the HR development team.
This initial 5-year experience enabled her to grasp the various HR challenges and develop her recruitment skills.
Keen to pursue her professional development, but also to deepen her knowledge of recruitment within a firm, Diane joined NAOS International. As part of Olivier Barachet’s team, she is responsible for recruitment in the Manufacturing and Machinery sectors.
