Holder of a Master’s degree in History from the University of Lyon 3 and a graduate of Montpellier Business School, Maximilien has been working in recruitment since 2016. He swiftly handles Middle & Top Management assignments across a wide range of professions and sectors, including aerospace.
In 2018, he joined NAOS International to strengthen the Aerospace-Defense division of the firm. Promoted to Senior Consultant in 2020, he assumed leadership of the Aerospace Defense System Practice in 2023.
As an expert in these sectors, Maximilien provides versatile support to his clients in various roles (Industry, Sales, Procurement, R&D, Program), both in France and internationally. Naturally curious, Maximilien places significant importance on the advisory aspect of his profession.
