A graduate of Centrale Supelec, Philippe Joly founded Adulis in 1989, a consultancy and engineering company specialising in the energy, aerospace and defence sectors. After selling his company, he joined the Adecco group in 2004 as general manager of the Ajilon Engineering subsidiary.
He stayed with the company for four years before returning to business. In 2008, he founded NAOS International, a firm specialising in executive recruitment in France and abroad.
Headquartered in Paris, the firm has its own subsidiaries in Dubai, Hong Kong and Singapore. NAOS International owes its growth and expansion to deeply rooted values: authenticity, agility, excellence and commitment. These values, widely shared by its team, guide the firm’s interactions both in Europe and internationally.
