Samar worked at Ineva Partners, a Paris-based executive search agency renowned in the French technology and digital ecosystem.
Thanks to her passion for technology and entrepreneurship, Samar played a key role in the company’s growth by recruiting new clients, building strong relationships with venture capital and development capital funds, and raising her profile at conferences and within the French technology and digital community.
Previously, Samar worked for major companies, including the Accor Group and AGS Four Winds, as head of marketing and business development. She held these positions in Paris, Abu Dhabi and Bangalore.
She holds a master’s degree from ESSEC Business School and a degree in foreign languages applied to economics from Sorbonne University in Paris. She is fluent in French, Spanish, Arabic and English. Samar joins us as Practice Director, enabling us to extend our executive search expertise internationally.
