Victoire graduated from Skema Lille Business School in 2006 and worked for 7 years in specialized retail at Decathlon and Castorama, part of the Kingfisher group.
In addition to her expertise in the retail sector, she worked for 10 years in headhunting companies and, since 2017, at NAOS International on EMEA projects for companies in various sectors, mainly in infrastructure and BtoB services.
Victoire has also lived abroad, for a year and a half in South Korea and three years in Shanghai, bringing her perspective on a more international aspect.
