Transforming When Everything Is Moving: Deciding and Bringing People On Board in Instability with Cyril Guèche

On Friday, February 13, NAOS International welcomed executives and decision-makers to its offices at 130 Boulevard St-Germain for a new Matinale NAOS dedicated to a central issue: “how to transform when the environment becomes unstable?”

On this occasion, Cyril Guèche, SVP of Operations at Ingenico, shared concrete feedback from the heart of complex transformation initiatives.

Making quick decisions without losing sight of strategic direction, prioritizing amid uncertainty, embracing imperfect but consistent decisions: these were among the levers discussed to avoid dispersion and maintain a clear trajectory. In a shifting environment, speed only has value if it remains aligned with a structured vision.

Beyond decision-making, transformation relies on the ability to bring teams on board under pressure and ensure operational continuity. Maintaining engagement, clarifying priorities, securing the supply chain, and strengthening cross-functional coordination have become strategic imperatives for Executive Committees (CODIR/COMEX).

This Morning Session gave rise to frank, solution-oriented discussions, true to the DNA of NAOS Morning Sessions: creating a space for strategic reflection among peers to better address today’s and tomorrow’s challenges.

We would like to thank Cyril Guèche for his commitment and for leading this Matinale NAOS, as well as all the participants who attended.

NAOS International is already preparing a new Morning Session… so stay tuned!
