With over 15 years of experience in executive search, Jessica Svensson has specialized in sensitive, complex, and highly strategic recruitment for Top & Middle Management roles in the Pharma, Medtech, Biotech, and Cosmetics industries.
Before joining NAOS International, she spent 17 years with American, British, and French firms, supporting both multinational corporations and SMEs, with a strong focus on the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors. Her deep understanding of executive search challenges enables her to operate effectively across both headquarters functions and industrial site-related issues.
